Looks like it will work great

I got my delivery yesterday. The instrument looks well made and easy to use. The only draw back is the instructions to calibrate it. They said to use distilled water, however, that didn't seem to work. I ended up using Dave Cushman's instructions, using Virgin Olive Oil.Overall, I am pleased with the purchase.

Pros

No issues, works as expected. Fit and finish are that what I’d expect at this price point.

Cons

The device only works with honey and cannot be used for other substances.
