Good quality and genuine Cummins part. When building the AFC and installing the regulator spring kit in the Ppump, I had to remove the intake horn several times. Well worth the money just to have this gasket on hand to replace the stem that broke when I first took it off. I ordered a second one right after playing with AFC to ensure a lasting good seal! Also, the intake horn bolts must be torqued to 18 ft-lbs.
