The vest is a little larger than I expected which is normal - you can probably wear a jacket underneath. Visibility is OUTSTANDING and this is probably one of the best products available. It has many pockets, two of them inside, so there is enough space for everything you need to take with you. I bought it to ride a bike. I took a test ride with a liter bottle of water in each lower outer pocket and found my hips kick in every cycle. This isn't a problem when walking with a vest, but it's far from ideal on a bike. I'm glad I got it. I will use the pockets for other less bulky items (wallet, phone, keys, snacks...) but probably not bulky items that I will be pedaling. I would buy again although the design is not ideal for my purposes - a cycling jersey works best although I haven't seen it with the high visibility I need.
