Outstanding quality. No more worrying about the drill chuck slipping off the drill bit again. They cut through metal without hesitation and stay sharp as long as you don't intentionally abuse the bits. I use cutting fluid to keep the bits lubricated and cool while drilling. Also, I would recommend wearing gloves when removing the bits from the holder. Milwaukee definitely doesn't want them falling out of the holder's shells, but they will cut your fingers if you're not careful when removing the bits.
