Bought this bike rack to store my bike in my shed. The workmanship and the materials used are not bad, especially for a stand in this price range. The width of the V-groove on the underside where the tire sits is such that the stand can accommodate a variety of tire sizes, up to 29" MTB tires. I use it on a 700c gravel bike and it does the job very well. while holding my bike. Keep in mind that this is not a heavy duty stand suitable for high traffic areas or even bike repairs. You definitely do NOT want to sit on your bike on this stand. When storing your bike indoors and using this stand, it's best to lean against a wall to avoid accidental impact or it may fall over, especially with heavier mountain bikes. Especially in the off-season, this would be the perfect coaster.
