Update 11/24/2021 The little one is three years old now and still uses it although he already has a bicycle with pedals . It really helped with his balance, which was a nice surprise. He likes to ride it down a small hill in the park, which he likes to climb. He prefers this one because the wheels are smoother and there are no pedals I think. There is still a lot of love left for the impeller but from playing hard, especially on a small hill, it just keeps loosening up and I may have to tighten the part that connects the handle and the front wheel and just glue it on at the end. But it's worth it. Update: 07/24/2021 He started using the pedals on his tricycle! He didn't keep his feet on them. I had to change the position every time we just moved the title and he worried about that. But yesterday I didn't even have to change it. I'm pretty sure it's the impeller. We used it weekly several times a day in the afternoon. I'm not sure if that's the only reason for its improvement, but I'm sure it helped speed it up. The downsides are that the grip is a bit lost so we have to pick it up from time to time. But still good for the price. Original: First off, it's so easy to put together and the instructions are to the point. Thanks for that. After putting it together it became a hit with my little one. He has a fancy bike that can be seen in the background, but he's having trouble pedaling. I've read of some moms having the same issues as me with their autistic children who offer balance bikes instead. I'm hearing about this for the first time. After researching I chose this one because it was cheap. The toys and supplies for his therapy leave were too expensive and he wanted something cheap, but it would last a long time. If my toddler doesn't end up liking it, it doesn't hurt the bag too much. I can only say good things about this. It was a hit and I didn't expect it. My toddler rarely enjoys new things, but he liked this one. As you can see in one of the photos, here he is analyzing it. He is two years old and will be three in a few months and I had to use the lowest seat setting. He is a medium sized kid. We have been using it for day walks for several weeks now. It seems to help him keep his balance and alleviate his toe-tipping problem, which is very common to him. Obviously as a professional I don't recommend this, but as a parent of a child with autism it was a good investment. I'll let you know if anything goes wrong. I liked that it was easy to assemble. More importantly, it's safe. No rough edges, the wheels look and feel solid. I didn't know about Eva foam wheels on bikes, but it's pretty cool. At the time of this review, they appear to be solid. The only complaint I have is that the grip has to be tightened a lot if the front wheel doesn't and the handlebars shift if they aren't tight enough. But that's all.
