Review on πŸ”§ Effortless Brake & Clutch Bleeding with Phoenix Systems (2002HD-B) Heavy Duty Reverse Bleeder - One Person, Cast Aluminum Design by Michael Herrera

Revainrating 3 out of 5

It's the little things!

Revain Superior ordering, shipping, backordering and returns. Phoenix System MaxProHD is a good tool and at least works for RFI. However, this is classified as a premium tool and even the replacement tool is missing a few things. According to the description of the Smart-Pak on page six of the owner's manual, these are: - #7 is missing one of the three cone adapters - #10 is missing the 3/16 x 4mm adapter - #15 is missing the 28mm bottle cap - # .16 bottle cap missing 33mm in diameter. I wrote to Phoenix Systems about it and they blamed Revain. I texted and spoke to Revain and they sent a replacement tool the next day. The replacement tool lacked the same elements. Also, there is a MaxProHD photo and caption on page 4 of the user manual BUT the photo is not numbered or has a number corresponding to the caption making it impossible to tell what the caption is trying to show. Next and on page 4, the Adjustments section explains how two things can be adjusted BUT there is no correlation with the numbers in the section and legends, procedures or exploded views in the user guide. This is not satisfactory for a premium tool. Update 5.31.21 The product description says "Comes with a training DVD" - none of the products had a DVD!
