Nonstick Pan Mistake is here!
I bought this pan to replace another pan that had lost its non-stick coating due to use. Had I known this pan was going to be as bad as my retired 5 year old I would not have bought it. What do I like about this pan? Copper and black contrasting colors are pleasing to the eye. What's not to like? Everything (especially low-fat) sticks. It is difficult to clean after use because everything sticks. The design of the heating element handle forces it to be used upside down. In short, do your homework and skip this monster.
