Review on Gossard by Marc Farrell

After making a few purchases from the online store of Gossard not too long ago, I have to admit that I am extremely dissatisfied with the overall experience. To begin, the shipment took an incomprehensibly long time, in spite of the fact that I paid extra for expedited delivery. After a long delay, I was able to get my purchase, but the clothing items were of low quality and did not resemble the pictures on the website at all. The shoes were obviously made with low-quality materials and were extremely uncomfortable to wear. The jewelry appeared oxidized and worn down, as if it had been stored for a considerable amount of time in a storeroom. When I attempted to return the items, I was really frustrated by the customer support that I received. When I was finally able to get in contact with someone, they were unhelpful and uncaring despite the fact that it had been nearly impossible to do so. They informed me that I could only receive store credit and not a reimbursement. In general, I do not encourage shopping at the Gossard online store. The customer service is dreadful, the products are of poor quality, and shipping takes an excessive amount of time. Avoid putting unnecessary stress on yourself and go shopping somewhere else.
