Have a 2017 Cadillac XTS. They came with standard 4300K XENON HID. It was ok, but I didn't care about the slight yellow cast in the light. I wanted a little more blue in the white light. I've researched different temperatures in Kelvin and found the correct color I need which is 6000K. 8000K would be too blue but 5000K is still not blue-white enough. It took about 10 minutes to replace the 4300Ks with these 6000Ks. I was impressed. They are very easy to install on the Cadillac XTS. The bumper does not need to be removed. They turn from blue to crystal white when heated. You have to do it. They also have this ignition technology that causes them to ignite, which is most likely the result of electrically igniting XENON gas, which is why you get this torch. It's great and you won't be disappointed. Not sure how long they will last for only $50, but I kept an old pair in case they suddenly wear out. Recommendation: Explore the different Kelvin color temperatures and see which colors you like. You can't tell this by trying to match the color of the box to the color of the light you want. Go for a moderate rating. E.g. 3000K, 4300K, 5000K, 6000K, 8000K, 10000K, 12000K, 15000K, 20000K, 30000K.
