The fact that someone gave it more than one star makes me think they changed the design somehow. I can't imagine anyone would find this useful for anything. My main need is to get dog hair and dog dust out of the corners where it collects as my two large dogs shed a lot. It only has the power to pull out dust and hair that is within half an inch of the hole. . When you put your finger on the suction hole, there is almost no suction. I had a Dust Buster many years ago and it did its job well. I ended up throwing it away when the battery stopped holding a charge. This dust swirl is NOT comparable to the Dust Buster. And that's the dark side of buying from Revain. This is definitely not a condemnation of Revain. You only sell one product. But now I'm stuck with it. I cannot return it to B&M for a refund. I can't take it back to Revain and say it doesn't work because to my knowledge it does exactly what it's supposed to do.
