I am so glad I bought this fender! It's great for fried chicken, bacon, sausages, and anything else that splatters with fat while frying. I finally hit my limit after my last fat burn. I was baking pies and the fat got on my hand and burned me. My mother suggested I buy one of them. So I was on the hunt. It has a foldable handle and that was one of the reasons I bought it. It's also dishwasher safe. I love the fact that it keeps my stove and the floor in front of my stove clean of oil, soups and sauces. The easier it is to clean up, the happier I am. The price was great too. I am very happy with my new fender!
