Good replacement on my review.

I broke the one supplied by my employer. I was trying to take it out of the hub, and didn't realize it had some tabs I needed to press in, to remove it. So I couldn't use my external monitor. Then I ordered this, and I have my monitor back!

Pros

Excellent quality, working perfectly.

Cons

Can be difficult to remove from devices
