Review on ☕ Cuisinart CHW-12P1 12-Cup Programmable Coffeemaker with Hot Water System - Black/Stainless Steel by Joshua Jemison

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Good coffee, not very strong.

Makes good coffee. It's easy to set the timer. Nice hot water dispenser for tea or oatmeal. Attractive on the counter. Update 8/2017: Hot water dispenser flap broke after 3 months of use. Exchange under guarantee - no problem. Except that it costs more than $50 to ship a new unit ($10 for Cuisinart, $40 for return shipping, prepaid shipping is not available). And the warranty block was black, not the red one I originally bought. It makes good coffee, but is not suitable for everyday use. If this one breaks, I'll replace it with another one. Downgraded to 3 stars for durability, poor warranty service. Update - 4/2018: Water tanks are leaking everywhere. And now the brew button needs to be pressed multiple times during the brewing process to restart the brewing process. I received the best service from the $20 all in one coffee maker. I will not give a guarantee again - the shipping costs will be covered for two new universal coffee machines. Can't recommend, won't buy again. Downgraded to 1 star due to simple non-functionality over time.

Pros
  • Coffee, tea and espresso
Cons
  • Nothing here
