We are very disappointed with this product which has been in use for three weeks. The coffee maker works well and coffee lovers enjoy Sumatra prepared on time. However, the first use of the hot water dispenser revealed a serious problem. I originally bought this coffee maker 3-4 years ago. I love it. It's so easy to maintain, clean, use and very versatile. My husband broke it trying to put it on top of the fridge to free up kitchen space.
