Review on ☕ Cuisinart CHW-12P1 12-Cup Programmable Coffeemaker with Hot Water System - Black/Stainless Steel by Barbara Evans

We are very disappointed with this product which has been in use for three weeks. The coffee maker works well and coffee lovers enjoy Sumatra prepared on time. However, the first use of the hot water dispenser revealed a serious problem. (Before the first use, the water was skipped as per the instructions) Only high quality bottled water is used to brew the coffee and in the dispenser. The heated water supplied smells of mold and tastes like it too. I had to pour out all the heated water and empty a cup of instant coffee. I went back to read the reviews and found a few replicating this issue from 2011. I will not waste my time doing what others are doing by cleaning with vinegar etc with unsatisfactory results. It is with regret and regret that I am returning this Cuisinart coffee maker.
