Has pros: Displays the wiring. I have never checked, therefore I have no idea how accurate it is. Customers report that it performs miracles for them. In general, it gives you the ability to drill with confidence. The item performs well and is easy to use. It is effective, and there is little room for error while using it. Cons: There are hiccups every so often. You are well aware of the poor quality of Soviet electrical wiring; somewhere in the socket, a contact makes contact with the wall; as a consequence of this, the appliance believes the entire wall to be a single huge wire. Or perhaps this transpires for some other reason. It does not happen very frequently, although it does on occasion.
