I work at this clinic and am very pleased with all aspects of the system. The customer service is beyond excellent. Their are many ways that the program can be used to customize your needs and preferences. The interface can be tricky but all things come easier once you learn it. I do not dislike anything about the system. If there were any areas for improvement they would be minor. This has helped my team organize and streamline our workflow. I like how easy it is for employees to log their time off. The system makes it very simple to create billing documents for each appointment so we don't spend too much time doing this manually.The software sometimes freezes up while trying to enter information into patient appointments or creating billings. We are solving problems associated with keeping track of doctor visits and scheduling new patients by using TrakNet.
