Review on Enhanced Flexibility with Upgraded Adjustable Release Latches by Ronald Duguay

These works are almost perfect for my project. The side of the latch or striker plate, whatever you want to call it, has the mounting holes next to each other and it wouldn't work with my 3/4 inch stock. So I bought 2 1/2" angle brackets and bent them into a U shape. Then cut off one side to make new latches with holes in a line as you can see in the picture.
