I like that CustomerView has so many different features out of the box. It's easy to set up and configure. There are some modules we've been trying to implement but haven't found a way to do it yet. For example, we have an app that allows our customers to schedule appointments with us. We'd like to be able to have them enter their appointment details in a viewable format (as opposed to just a PDF). We're still looking into how to accomplish this, but if anyone knows please let me know! CustomerView is great for monitoring customer interactions across channels. It helps us see where our strengths and weaknesses are and also gives us visibility into what our customers are doing when they interact with us.
