I had to order this as a present for my Grandma. So far it seems to be serving her well. From what I've heard, she hasn't complained about it. Sometimes the connection drops when I log in, but I think it's not D-Link's fault, it's the ISP's. I can tell you that it works on slow connections in the mountains and the coverage is pretty good. It takes up most of the three-story house in which she lives. It's nice to have it close by so she doesn't have to get up to go to her computer desk and she can use her laptop from anywhere in the house she wants.
