First of all, it's hard to find teeth whiteners of any strength in stores, but they cost almost the same and sometimes even more! I have used this with a dental stand that has been fitted to my teeth - it is made of wax so it fits very well. I got the tray when I paid $100(!) for blue light teeth whitening. For a fraction of the price, I can whiten my teeth in as many shades as I want at home - it looks like I'll have to go through three treatments to get as white as blue light treatment - but I've still got plenty left to to use them for a year or two! I also appreciate the remineralizer. This seems to help with sensitivity. The first time I used it I left it on for 30 minutes and I was a whole shade whiter. If you use a loose fitting tray you may not get these results, it seems to really matter, my old tray was one that you melted in boiling water and adjusted yourself - I've used it in the past with lesser results - but also with the use of pharmaceutical bleach. I also find that leaving it on for 30 minutes makes a difference, some people can't do it because it can hurt - I have very strong teeth and a high tolerance for annoying pain. I know people who can only leave it on for 15 minutes - so do it twice - 7-10 days apart and you should get the same result? Keep smiling!
