Review on Canon EF 40mm f/2.8 STM Lens - Fixed Black (6310B002) for US Cameras by Adithep Kampanat ᠌

Used with 650D for portraits indoors, for outdoors (everything in a row that falls into 40mm focal length in composition) and for video - very satisfied. Pleasant bokeh, quite sharp and juicy picture, fast and accurate focus. The camera becomes like a compact and almost does not attract attention. It is not always convenient to zoom with your feet :=). You can hear (not loudly) the operation of the motor (compared to 18-135, it is generally silent). In combination with an on-camera flash (430ex2) it looks ridiculous). The impressions are the most positive (especially for such a price), I’ll play enough - I’ll give it to an amateur neighbor (he also has a 650D), but so far he’s standing as a staff member on the camera.
