I already had a passenger side sway control system, but my 24 foot toyhauler needed a driver side system as well. I welded the plate to the tongue instead of using mounting screws. To convert this to a sway on the driver's side, I removed the connector and flipped it. It now works as driver-side sway control. This saved me $30 because I didn't have to buy a more expensive one on the driver's side. A second anti-roll bar eliminated the sway I got when I had my trailer fully loaded and driving at highway speeds.
