Removable handles for easy storage. Used with Ooni Koda and makes turning the pizza easier. It takes a little practice. Uncomfortable opponent of the first pizza, but it was great. I used a larger shovel to start, but this one flipped and peeled the pizza off with no problem. Use a shorter handle - you'll need some room behind you to maneuver or risk accidentally bumping someone when you pull the handle out of the oven. I used it outdoors so it wasn't a problem for me. Very happy with it. I wiped down the metal hardware with WD-40 as we live in a high humidity area. Once and done - prevents metals from cracking or sticking together.
