Great detox! for minerals and salts
What a great detox bath during my covid recovery at home! I'm not the type to spend time in the bath, I'm always too busy and prefer the shower. But a pharmacist friend of mine recommended this if I had someone at home, as hot pads can dilate blood vessels and cause dizziness after going out. I had no problems with it and I have to say I slept better every night!
