We were confused about what to do with our cat who wanted to be in and out of our bedroom all day and night. We installed this cat door as soon as it arrived in the mail and it really has been one of the best things we've ever bought! It took my husband about 30-45 minutes to get it to the door. He said he got in very easily and there didn't seem to be any problems. The door is smoky brown and fully transparent - something to keep in mind if you're concerned about privacy. It can also be easily blocked in a variety of ways. It's perfect for our cat. It took her about 15 minutes to get used to getting in and out and she seems just as relieved as we were. We almost never hear them coming or going (which was a big problem due to our very light sleepers in the next room). I would recommend it to anyone looking for an easy way to solve a problem with their cat.
