I love how easy it was to set up! Everything came together quickly with no issues at all (we have been using other sites in our church). The customer service has always gone above & beyond when we've had any questions about setting things out etc. There's nothing really bad you can say but there might be if your not familiar w/ this type of platform - so make sure y'all know what you're getting into before signing anything!! We are trying different ways now to get more donations from people outside those attending events. This helps us reach new donors who may otherwise never give online because they don't realize their donation will go directly towards an event rather than just being used as general money going around?
