It does its job best in the housewares department

My washing machine drains water into the sink, which is then fitted with a drain pump that pumps water into my sewer line. I had problems when my last drain pump got completely clogged with laundry lint. After a long search I came across this product which has worked very well so far. I wish the holes were a little smaller but other reviews recommend doubling down on the product which I will try.

Pros

Material: We have updated the material of the bag filters - stainless steel. Won't rust or stain your sink, stop using galvanized iron. Cable ties are made of polypropylene. Rustproof and durable, can effectively filter the cotton fluff in the washing water to prevent the sink from clogging.
