Very hard and heavy feeling.
Strong and heavy, that's what I wanted. They are almost too heavy as they tend to fall off the support surface when set down. Mainly because the non-edible end is a lot thicker, so they'll want to move onto you if you don't place them carefully. Not that big of a problem. I'm glad I bought them.
