Less than a year old and starting to tear

I ride my bike at least 2 hours a week and I park my bike in the shade in the garage but the bag still tears. I don't carry water bottles. I had several tools in case the chain snaps or snaps. I'm only giving 2 stars because it's still holding up. I wouldn't recommend using it to fill water bottles full of water or load bags full.
