After trying this replacement hinge mount for our commercial door, we were disappointed with its poor quality and lack of durability. While the installation was relatively easy, the mount started to rust after just a few weeks of use. The only positive aspect was the affordable price. Ultimately, we would not recommend this product to others in need of commercial door hardware.
