Four problems: 1) Tinkerboard is slightly smaller (in length) than the case, so it wobbles inside which causes it. 2) There is only one plastic pin to screw the board into place, making the whole assembly look crooked inside. 3) The tops of the connectors end up inside the case, making it difficult to use USB. 4) I have a heatsink in my tinkerboard - the bottom of the fan touches the heatsink. . So my only option is to play around and swap out the heatsink (and risk damaging the board if I remove the thermal tape from the heatsink), redesign the case and put the fan on top (which means the whole thing is bigger, than I originally wanted 5) . The circuit board is shorter than the length of the case, every time you need to mess with a microSD card you have to take the thing apart and since it doesn't fit at first it takes longer to put back together. The plastic is pretty thick, the fan looks ok, but who knows? This case is back.
