All parts are of good quality and everything I have used has worked well. The hose connections are open so they do not press on the service valves. However, the light blue 134a quick connector will fit, so find a 1/4" to 8v1 adapter valve, get it, and you can use the Plus 134a QC adapter for service valves. If you order a different adapter, check Check out all the photos and make sure it has a center pin, some adapters also don't have a pin and won't let the valve open, and look for the Boltigen Service Access Valve, they seem pretty good in case anyone else is looking for them too .
