I have had a vacuum cleaner for a month (delivered a month ago). I have owned many robot vacuums and can go into detail on the pros and cons of each. This one worked really well for 2 weeks - I thought maybe I actually found a good one. I have a child and a dog so the robot vacuum makes the daily pass very rewarding. I don't expect perfection. But after two weeks it just leaves dirt and hair all over the house. The carpets are not cleaned at all (just covered in fur and dirt). In addition, the automatic cleaning of the dust container no longer works. It makes a suction noise, but the collected dirt is still in the bin. Even better, you seem to only have 1 month to return it (which I just found out expired yesterday!). And I can't find a way to contact the seller. So, I have a $600 piece of junk. I am very angry.
