Just what I was looking for

I WFH so I need something to remind me to step away and stretch. Some people say to set an alarm using my cell phone but the problem is I will start using my cell phone (check notifications, or services) and lose productivity. This hour glass is great because no notification and no distractions. It is not 100% accurate so if your application is time sensitive then you know what you are getting yourself into.
