Despite following a long and relatively simple set of instructions literally, the mouthguard came out horribly. One side caved in completely and the mouthguard didn't fit my teeth properly. I also pretty much burned my mouth with boiling water. How did I get burned? The instructions clearly state that it is NOT possible to scoop the cap out of boiling water with a spoon for more than five seconds, shake off excess water, put the cage in a white tray, put it in your mouth completely and bite. STRONG down. That's a lot of work in 5 seconds so obviously I didn't drink all the water so I scalded my gums and roof of my mouth biting my tongue hard and holding it for 20 seconds. The Kappa is now unusable and I am devastated that I wasted $35 in just a few seconds. I am very disappointed in this product and would not recommend buying it.
