I lied. I actually bought the OPRO Power-Fit mouthguard so I wouldn't bite my tongue off in Jiu-Jitsu. I mean, sometimes you get punched in the mouth, but only sometimes. This pup was easy to mold with great instructions at every step. Formed on my teeth in less than a few minutes and held up great throughout my workout. I like to chew it between rounds and it doesn't seem to break down at all. A good thing. I definitely will, but will be back in the future.

I bought 5 different brands of mouthguard and this one was the best! I use it in BJJ, MMA and Mauy Thai sparring, it keeps my teeth secure and doesn't wear out or fall apart. It's very comfortable and fits my mouth very well and I can speak freely without getting in the way or falling out. I can easily close my mouth and breathe freely. Looks good, haven't tried it yet, haven't exercised lately. But one thing I would suggest for the price I would really like if they include a mannequin to practice the form so you can get a good fit. I felt a little clueless even though the instructions were pretty basic. And a link from the company to the video instructions would also be nice. This mouthguard is great when shaped correctly. The installation process is a bit more complicated than other mouthguards. Fits great. But I'm not satisfied with the thickness. This is NOT the type of mouth guard I would wear for punch and kick martial arts. I will use it for jiu-jitsu. This protection leaves no room to breathe between bites. Despite following a long and relatively simple set of instructions literally, the mouthguard came out horribly. One side caved in completely and the mouthguard didn't fit my teeth properly. The cage setup system gave me hope for a much better fit than many other mouthguards I've used. Unfortunately, the result didn't seem worth the time and price.
