First, it's 2.75, not 3 inches. Aluminum and Curves: Excellent, very smooth and clean from the side. Welding is the same. Inside, where small pipes are unsightly welded. The 90's rubber looks inferior to the hardware store and had to be trimmed heavily on the inside to make it smoother. The 90's rubber included in this kit is hardly hardware store quality and should be replaced with good quality 90's silicone. The air filter is of minimum quality and will only be fitted until something better replaces it, which will happen very soon. I cut this pipe apart and by adding a few extra parts and revising the contents of this kit I built a much better intake for my TDI Jetta. Seems cute.
