Most user friendly interface compared very good price, in-depth trace capability of food products from point A - Z level, can connect easily a mobile device that runs all system seamlessly (iOS/ Android), highly recommended by me as it meets my needs 100% & no issues at customer end ever yet encountered! 1) Very simple easy way how users inputing information which I always love this best part about any kind app2). Highly knowledgeable technical team that helped us setup our first pilot production3.). Great pricing plan4.) Easy integration into SAP5).[Very] quick support time taken after we have uploaded file once again great part6). Not much thing so far what i disliked but still not disappointed 7.- User friendliness8-) Quick service provided9)- Amazing value/price tag10)[Highly recommend]- Simplicity11)- In depth solution12 ). I like that it's easy to use, we can easily track our food from farm-to-table in one place! It also has great reporting features which makes things easier when looking at trends or comparing across locations. The only thing i dislike about this system is how slow their support team are sometimes but they're working hard towards fixing those issues. We have been able to create reports within minutes of entering information into the database so now all restaurants know what products go where.
