I use my Raspberry Pi 4 with a 433MHz receiver and a Nextcloud server 24/7 and it keeps it at 39 or 40 (optimal temp or cooler according to DietPi info) I had to do a bit of research on how to use thermal paste, take off the clear plastic covers on each side and leave them on the CPU and RAM (yellow area), press down a little, put on the upper case and fasten it, done. Overall assembly was easy and I am very happy with the product.
