Great product so far. Update: This winch is a monster. I've used it and abused it and it just keeps going. I couldn't get out of the mud or pick up the rocks. I bought it for work, I cut down trees, dismantled buildings and did the usual tasks of medium complexity. The only thing I noticed is that it needs a work-rest cycle, but once it cools down a bit it's ready to use again without any problems. Also, Superwinch has pretty good customer service. The solenoid cover was broken (the plastic just cracked) so I called them and the only question they asked was my address. Two days later, a new box was on my doorstep.
