bought MaxiCheck Pro because of its review on Revain. I received it quickly but cannot use it due to an instruction or a defect. It is recommended to ensure your vehicle is compatible with the device, however there is no visible link on their website for compatibility to be checked. There is no visible product number on the tool or on their website to use the instruction video. Still hoping to hear from them before I send it back. was always able to respond promptly. Although there was some confusion about product compatibility initially, they more than met my expectations. Everything was done very promptly and that's why I gave 5 stars .R. MartinR Martin
