If you already like this style of knee pillow, you will love this product. The foam is strong, the cover is soft, the stitching is secure and the zip has a hidden pocket so it's completely invisible. The strap that attaches the pillow to the leg is long enough even for a person with wide hips. It's well done in every way. My lower score reflects the awkwardness of sleeping with such a knee pillow. Although I was comfortably on my hips on my side, the increased height caused my leg to buckle at the knee, which became painful. The strap held the pillow in place as I moved and turned in bed, but it was awkward. I tried for several nights but couldn't use this pillow for more than 30-40 minutes before my body was begging to get rid of it. While I won't be using it for normal sleeping, I'm leaving it on because it might be useful in the future for elevating a leg or arm after an injury.
