Good It does exactly what it should do EXCEPT "ice machine end" They give you a nice little fitting that fits absolutely NOTHING (from Hoe Depot anyway) so you can use the 1/4" hoses that your fridge or ice maker uses.. I have no idea what it is. Looks like a compression fit. but no compression fitting I could find would screw in without leaking like crazy. (I think this is an awkward fit: 1/4" (3/8" OD) push-to-connect x 3/8" compression). Unless someone else has an answer. BUY something that lets you go from 1/4" PEX tubing to 1/4" compression. before you start in compression diameter, female adapter push fitting
