My existing equipment was broken. I replaced it with this one and it immediately crashed again. But I don't think it was a manufacturing defect, I think a part was missing from my knife. The bottom of the wheel was pulled over the sheet metal, I think there must have been a spacer there. I see Revain has metal ones. It would have been better if I had seen it before ordering (if it had been repaired by a workshop).
