This book is NOT for novice fullers

I was very disappointed with this book. If you are an experienced fuller this book might be great, but for someone who has only done a dozen or so animals it leaves a lot to be desired. must do. For example, the first project is a bumblebee. First you need to roll the wool into a ball, but the tubular shape is visible in the photo. If you look at the photo of the finished bee, it has antennae. There are no instructions on what to use for them. Ladybug is similar. What was used for the ladybug's antennae? Cable? He says to sew ice cream but again there are no instructions on how to do it. I felt the rabbit according to the sizes indicated, and the head turned out to be too small. And again with eyes. There are no instructions. So I tried to make an owl. Again, the size of the head was out of proportion to the body and the finished owl didn't look like a photo of their finished owl. To make the frog foot you need to define the toes by poking a hole between the toes. Pull out the strings and twist the wool between your fingertips. How you do that? So if you don't know much about felting before you buy this book, you'd better find a book that gives MUCH more advice. On the foot, you should define the toes by piercing the indentation between the toes. Pull out the strings and twist the wool between your fingertips. How you do that?
