Review on πŸ‡ Vineyard Grape Vitality Drink - Enhanced Heart Health Formula, Nitric Oxide Boost, Optimized Blood Pressure, Cardiovascular Support for Men - Anti-Inflammatory, Performance Enhancer by Mikey Ruelas

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Pretty big promises.

First look at the Supplement Facts image on the product page. Something that for me is a "workaround" is the number of carbs per serving: 5 more than I'm willing to spend on something is not a meal, it's a low carb eating plan. Another task for me and this ME is the dosage of L-arginine per serving. I've been taking L-arginine for many years; my daily dose is 2700 mg; I'll pause while using this. A serving of it provides 5110 mg. I'm not saying it's bad or good, about twice what my body is used to. Also, this contains L-Citrulline, another supplement I take. bought and used, but with an awkward review in the form of a capricious gut. So, to solve all this, I used half the dose (scoop) in twenty ounces of water. I used it as a pre workout drink for an hour. swim knees. The flavor was of course toned down from what the manufacturer sure had in mind, but it was a grape flavor, nice (if you like grapes). I didn't notice an increase in performance. , but then again, I've been taking 2700 mg of L-arginine for many years. I will continue to use it as a pre-swim drink and if any noticeable effects are seen I will update this review. I checked out this "Extra Facts" snapshot, there's a lot more to it than just the things I focused on in this product. I like it. I probably wouldn't be inclined to pay the asking price not for quality or perceived quality, but simply because I'm frugal. If you don't mind or have a cost barrier I would suggest trying it, but I would start at a slower/lower dose if you are not taking an L-arginine supplement (but that's just me, NOT THE DOCTOR like you say at the end of Brooklyn 99). I hope this review helps you make an informed purchasing decision. "Two fingers up". (I rarely give an overall rating of 5 stars).
