The chair was fairly easy to assemble and the instructions were clear. I didn't realize at first that there was a QR code to go to the assembly tutorial video, but I had no problem without it. I've almost reached the maximum weight limit for this chair and it seems stable to me. Only time will tell how well it holds up. I found the lumbar support a little thick, but you don't have to use it. (Note: the lumbar support, as the name suggests, does not have a massage function.) The wheels roll quite smoothly even on carpeted floors. I wish the seat was an inch or two wider. But then again, maybe I should be an inch or two skinnier.
