Neat cold weather blanket for wood pellet grill
No specific blanket for my RecTec RT-590 and they say they won't be releasing any by the end of this year. Decided to try this as a cheap alternative and so far it's working great. I still keep it out of the wind but can easily get to 375 for steaks (charcoal plates) when needed and easily maintains the smoke temperature even in single digit weather. This was not the case before.
